We are pleased to host Extrusion 2025 at the renowned Hilton Boston Park Plaza, located at 50 Park Plaza, Boston, MA 02116. Situated in the city's charming Back Bay, this historic hotel boasts beautifully renovated spaces and state-of-the-art facilities perfect for our event.

Badge Pick Up
Badge pick-up and check-in can be found outside the Georgian Ballroom on the Mezzanine Level in the Hilton Boston Plaza Park.
Registration for Extrusion will be available starting on Monday, May 19th at 11:00am to the end of the conference.

Get ready for the Red Sox vs. Mets game with our special Fenway Reception on Monday, May 19th from 4:45 - 9:00 pm! Join fellow fans for pre-game excitement and camaraderie. Transportation via subway is included with purchase of the Fenway Reception.
Receiving Tickets:
Your individual ticket to the game will be sent to you via email by Jacquie Myers. We ask that you check-in at registration prior to going to the event as transit tickets will given to you at with your badge. If you have not received this email with your tickets, please reach out to Jacquie directly at jmyers@gardnerweb.com.

How to Get There:
You will take the Arlington station to Kenmore station to get to Fenway Park. You will enter at Gate E Group Hospitality Entrance on Lansdown St. For directions to the Group Hospitality Suite upon arrival at Fenway Park, please CLICK HERE.
Security and Bags:
Fenway Park's security guidelines are linked here. Please note that bags must be 12"x12"x6" or smaller. Multi-compartment bags such as backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted.
