It's a customizable letter you can send to your manager that outlines the value of attending Extrusion 2026, what you'll bring back to your team and the estimated cost of attendance. It does the heavy lifting of building the business case so you don't have to.

Asking for time away from the line and approval for travel costs is easier when you can clearly articulate the return on investment. Our letter highlights the specific topics, sessions and outcomes most relevant to film and sheet processors, giving your manager a clear picture of why this trip is worth it.

How Do I Use It?

  1. Download the letter template

  2. Customize the bracketed fields with your name, your manager's name, and your travel cost estimates.

  3. Add any company-specific challenges or projects this conference will help you address.

  4. Send it to your manager and request approval.
